Job Summary

This role will be responsible for increasing sales by generating leads, cold calling, and conducting market research. This is a great opportunity to get started and grow with us.
Base salary - $45,000 + Commission = $80,000+ OTE
Responsibilities
· Identify prospects and qualify leads through cold calling and online research
· Conduct outbound cold and follow-up calls (expectation 50+ per day)
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
· Maintain all activity in HubSpot CRM
· Develop targeted email campaigns to generate leads
· Identify key decision makers and collecting business intelligence that will help drive sales
· Consult with restaurant owners on the benefits of using Delivery First by identifying their needs and goals
· Exceed high-volume sales goals while working within a team environment
· Be the market expert: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, marketing opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement to management
· Help build out and implement effective sales strategies, pipeline management, and opportunity management to reach revenue and growth targets
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Excellent communication skills
· Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets
· Experience working in the restaurant industry is preferred
· Desire to learn and grow within sales or marketing
· Customer service oriented, sales minded and motivated, and ability to stay calm and collected under pressure
· Comfortable with technology; CRM or other account management system experience preferred; understanding of restaurant POS a plus
· Independent thinker that can work with little to no direction
· Excellent communication skills; polished yet approachable
