Job Description - Business Development Representative Metrowest


Complete Care seeks a highly motivated and successful sales representative to call on physicians and other referral partners throughout their assigned territory, focusing on helping injury patients. Complete Care and its family of practices are characterized by core competencies of cultural, clinical, and operational excellence. We strive to meet every patients' individual needs with skill and professionalism. Our providers provide patients with immediate access to chiropractic care, physiotherapy, state of the art imaging, interventional pain management, and orthopedic specialists. 

Responsibilities include:   

  • Prospecting, developing and closing new business. Must be able to target and identify key referral partners, generate awareness, and increase referrals within an assigned territory   

  • Conduct presentations to key referral sources within the territory   

  • Consistently achieve territory referral targets and other pre-determined KPI’s   

  • Build advocacy and champions within each referral partner to help drive patient referrals   

  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities within assigned territory and execute on those opportunities   

  • Utilize salesforce.com to manage all aspects of business: referral leads, daily activity, report generation, including providing timely and accurate feedback   

  • Cultivate a business plan and formulate business development strategies to attain territory referral targets   

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills   

  • Be adaptive and innovative
