Superior Duct Fabrication is seeking a Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our team. The Business Development Representative is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Business Development Representative may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.

This is a full-time, exempt position. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers within assigned territories

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads

• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales

• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic

• Generate and submit sales reports to management

• Meet personal and team sales targets

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

Must be able to perform all the essential duties of the position satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Highschool Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Sales (HVAC specific preferred)

• Organized and Manages Times effectively

Computer & Software Skills

Must have foundational computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook email and calendaring), Excel, Word, Autodesk Fabrication
