Job Description - Business Development Representative - Pendleton, IN


Business Development Representative - Full-time


Location:  Pendleton, IN


Required Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.




  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the restoration or construction industry




  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners




  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities




  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) 




  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required




Job Description




  • Identify and cultivate relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, multi-family property managers, commercial property managers, real estate agents, and HVAC companies to generate leads and referrals




  • Proactively reach out to potential referral sources through various channels, including cold calls, setting appointments, phone calls, emails, and networking events




  • Educate potential partners about Our Restoration's services and benefits, emphasizing our customer service (4.9 Google rating) coupled with expertise in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and air duct cleaning




  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead-generation efforts




  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities




  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics regularly
