Aspire Software is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Lebanon.

About the job:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding the company’s client base. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and managing the full sales cycle within a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution-based sales conversations
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on lead generation campaigns and messaging
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities


Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within a tech or SaaS environment
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN, Challenger)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
