Description of the role:

The Business Development Representative - Service at Thompson Buick GMC Cadillac plays a crucial role in the growth and success of our dealership. This position is responsible for generating new business by proactively reaching out to potential customers and promoting our exceptional service offerings. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong sales/service aptitude and excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

  Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to generate new service business

  Educate customers on our service capabilities, benefits, and current promotions

  Schedule service appointments and follow up to ensure satisfaction

  Accurately document all customer interactions and service-related activities in our CRM/DMS

  Collaborate with the service team to ensure an outstanding customer experience

  Participate in training to stay current on products and sharpen your sales skills

  Meet or exceed monthly service goals and performance targets
