Job Description - Business Development Representative Staffing

BestLogic Staffing is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative – Staffing to help expand our client base and build long-term partnerships with companies across multiple industries.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, networking, relationship building, and creating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about helping companies solve hiring challenges.

This is a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and company executives
  • Present staffing and recruiting solutions to prospective clients
  • Schedule meetings and sales presentations with decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful candidate placements
  • Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Track activity and sales progress through CRM systems
  • Stay informed about hiring trends and local market opportunities

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, staffing, recruiting, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and developing new accounts
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office is a plus
