This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers take the next step in their vehicle-shopping experience.

No automotive experience? No problem.

We're looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and tools you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you'll help customers connect with our dealership and sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customers who contact the dealership


• Connect with customers by phone, text, and email


• Assist customers with basic questions


• Schedule showroom appointments


• Confirm upcoming appointments


• Follow up with customers who have previously expressed interest


• Reconnect with customers who may still be considering a vehicle


• Reach out to customers approaching the end of their vehicle lease


• Update customer information and notes in our system


• Keep track of customer follow-up


• Communicate appointment information to our sales team


• Help create a friendly and professional customer experience

Your job isn't to sell the vehicle.

Your role is to start the conversation, provide a great experience, and help customers schedule a convenient time to visit the dealership.

Automotive experience is not required.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, appointment scheduling, inside sales, or other customer-facing positions can be a great fit for this opportunity.

We'll teach you our systems, processes, and approach to customer communication.
