Help us expand our reach and impact by building strong relationships with referral partners across Worcester & parts of Middlesex County on a part time position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Forge and nurture partnerships with real estate offices, assisted living facilities, retirement communities, and elder law attorneys.
- Create a steady stream of referrals to support our mission.
- Generate and manage reports to track our success and growth.
- Engage in our comprehensive training program to become a senior transition expert.
- Immerse yourself in our operations by working alongside our dedicated team.
Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of building successful partnerships.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a drive to embrace our company's goals.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Team player mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media savvy.
Compensation:
- $19-$21 per hour plus bonus incentives.
