Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role is essential for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation- Identify and research potential clients through various      channels, including social media, networking events, and industry research.
  • Outreach- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage      prospective clients and qualify leads.
  • Relationship Building- Establish and maintain relationships with      key decision-makers to understand their needs and position our solutions      effectively.
  • Sales Support- Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads      and assist in preparing for meetings and presentations.
  • Market Analysis- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,      and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • CRM Management- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in      our CRM system, tracking progress and follow-ups.
  • Reporting- Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation      activities, sales pipeline, and market insights to management.

 

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a      related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales or business      development role (1-3 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales      tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work      independently as well as part of a team.
