💼 Position: Marketing Representative

📍 Location: Manchester, TN
💰 Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Some events may require occasional weekends)

🧩 What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, insurance agents, property managers, and other potential clients

Execute daily face-to-face marketing visits (a.k.a. “route marketing”)

Organize and attend networking events, trade shows, and expos

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Manage CRM software to track contacts, leads, and follow-ups

Represent SERVPRO® in the community as a trusted expert and resource

🧠 What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of B2B sales, marketing, or account management experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with a positive, goal-oriented mindset

Strong organization and time management skills

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Bonus: Experience in the restoration, insurance, or property management industries
