As a Business Development Specialist, you will build strategic relationships with local businesses, connect talent to opportunity, and help shape more inclusive workplaces. You will play a key role in expanding our community presence and driving mission-centered growth.

• Experience in business development, sales, workforce development, or community engagement 
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills 
• Confidence in networking and outreach environments 
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM/ATS systems preferred 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally (if applicable) 

Preferred: Experience in nonprofit or disability employment services
