At H2 Health, our Account Managers play a pivotal role in imparting crucial clinical education to a diverse spectrum of stakeholders, including physicians, senior living facilities, corporate partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Their primary objective is to discover and cultivate relationships to expand H2 in the outpatient market.
This involvement is instrumental in enhancing brand visibility within the regions we serve. Your Role:
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within senior communities, including administrators and healthcare coordinators.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of each community to tailor proposals effectively.
Sales and Persuasion:
Present the value proposition of H2 Health, emphasizing the benefits of onsite healthcare services for residents.
Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade senior communities to work alongside H2 Health for rehabilitation services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including clinical and operational departments, to ensure seamless implementation of contracted services.
Provide ongoing communication and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting senior communities and outpatient rehabilitation services.
Bachelor’s degree or clinical degree in a related field (Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant) required
Great customer services skills
Minimum 3 years if therapy-related selling experience in the market
Experience in an AL/IL/MC setting preferred
Must be able to work independently
Must pass required background checks
