Job Description - Business Development Specialist - Home Health (Northwest)

Business Development Specialist - Northwest

Responsibilities:



  • Establish, cultivate and maintain a rapport and ongoing channel for professional referrals

  • Interface with physicians and their staff to improve communication and understanding of the needs and wants of the agency

  • Identify issues and concerns from referral sources and communicate them back to the agency


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma: Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Minimum (1) year of healthcare marketing experience in Home Health 

  • Medical Contacts in the Northwest area with an established book of business

  • Possesses the ability to seek out new methods and principles and is willing to incorporate them into existing practices

  • Outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal)

  • Autonomous and self-motivated

  • Able to establish, maintain, and cultivate professional relationships with referral sources
