Business Development Trainee

Business Development Trainee Job Description:

As the Business Development Trainee, you will have the lead responsibility for telling customers about our company’s clients product and services. The Business Development Trainee will be expected to be our clients advocate for solution and associated services. The Business Development Trainee will also be charged with crafting the strategy around our messaging, image, and public face when assisting customers with their sales order to expand business and develop customers locally.

Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:

• Together with the company founders, senior leadership, and outside experts, assist in the development of our annual sales strategy and business development plan. This includes the development of a unified approach to communicating what the product, services, and solutions our company offers are all about.
• Develop and maintain a dataset of customer intelligence and metrics. 
• The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for data gathering across a defined set of customer names and maintaining the data going forward.
• Ongoing responsibility of direct market segmentation analysis for specific customer targeting, opportunity identification, and overall sales team support.
• Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our company, our product and services
• Manage any company message to the public. Serve as company spokesperson.
• Tactical execution of the company's marketing programs including outreach and coordination of trade shows, branding, and communications.
• Interface with the public and the press to promote company, products, and services
