The Business Enhancement Associate, Private Fixed Income job supports the investment team's financial advisory, debt underwriting, and the origination and execution of Private Credit. This job provides analytical, financial modeling, structuring, research, and transaction support to senior investment professionals. Under moderate supervision, this job works with the team to create models and business processes that are enhanced through technological tools. The expectation is this Associate will help the team while also learning about and supporting the investment and portfolio management process.
Key Responsibilities and Duties - Ability to work in a team environment

- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, as well as AI tools
- Self-motivated and well-organized with the capability to work within a team
- Excellent oral and written communication/presentation skills
Educational Requirements - University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience - 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Career Level 6IC
Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of investment and/or financial services technology experience, 3+ preferred
