Business Execution Consultant 1

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $30 - $34 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Provide internal client support for the use of the Unified Advisory Trading tool.
Support Advisors within brokerage services on how to use the tool, and provide tips and suggestions on utilization efficiency.
Handle technical support of the tool including answering questions, helping with systems access and all resolution concerns. If the issue can not be resolved, the case will be passed along to an escalations technical support team.
This individual will only provide assistance to Advisors through phone (no email technical support is needed). The estimated call volumein this role is approximately 50 calls/day.
Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in the below skillset

Prior experience in a systems/technical support role.
Prior high call volume experience
Ability to communicate effectively
Problem solving skills
Ability to work indpendently on client support matters
Preferred, but not required: experience working in a brokerage sales environment so that they can understand the work requirements and business needs for the tool.
