Main Responsibilities:
Achieve profitable sales volume targets by effectively managing assigned geographies and channels.
Develop and execute action plans to ensure successful coverage and growth within assigned areas.
Drive growth acceleration in existing and future categories through RTM strategy design, customer acquisition, and team setup.
Contribute to the continuous evaluation and improvement of the RTM model to build a strong and sustainable customer network.
Identify long-term growth opportunities for channels and categories, and develop strategies to capture them.
Review and approve bottom-up sales plans to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Build sales team capabilities, embed a culture of execution, and promote coaching as a core practice.
Define strategies, KPIs, and investment requirements for promoting key channels and prepare business cases for implementation.
Conduct regular field visits (approximately 70% of the time) to strengthen customer and consumer relationships.
Integrate field sales operations with other functions (logistics, operations) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, with a strong focus on safety and minimising operational deviations.

Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing large, remote teams.
Proven expertise in customer management, sales drivers, and channel strategy.
Mastery of in-market execution and ability to deliver breakthrough business results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
Skilled in managing customer P&L and aligning commercial plans with business objectives.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
12–15 years of commercial experience across consumer marketing and/or customer management.
Extensive experience in the Telcos, technology or logistics industry with a strong track record in delivering results.
Proven ability to lead and coach large, remote teams.
Experience integrating field sales operations with support functions for seamless execution.
Strong commercial awareness, customer focus, and ability to influence stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70% field time).
