We’re looking for a Business Growth Coordinator to support our marketing and business development operations. 🛠️ From website updates to social media scheduling, data tracking to project management—this role does it all.

💰 Salary Range: Starting at $45,000 per year commensurate with experience
📈 Experience Level: Mid-Level (3 – 5 years)

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 🗂️ Coordinate digital and business projects from kickoff to completion


• 🌐 Support website updates, SEO, and analytics using Google tools


• 📱 Manage content scheduling, engagement, and influencer outreach across social platforms


• 📊 Track KPIs, help build reports, and manage campaign data


• 🧾 Provide admin support (calendar, meetings, documentation) to the Director of Growth


• 🧠 Help develop case studies, sales decks, and growth materials

• 📱 Comfortable in digital marketing environments (social, web, email)


• 🧠 Strong communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills

📚 Qualifications

✅ Required:

• 3 - 5 years in marketing coordination, digital content, or project support


• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field


• CMS (WordPress), Google Workspace, and social media platform experience

✨ Preferred:

• SEO, HubSpot, or analytics know-how


• Background in healthcare, telehealth, or startup culture
