Location: Rochester, NY / Buffalo, NY / Albany, NY (Upstate New York)

Work arrangement: Hybrid - This hybrid role requires approximately 50% in-office presence at the candidate's choice of office.

Compensation: $130K - $170K base

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Bar admission: Active admission in any US state

This firm offers a unique opportunity to practice business immigration law within a full-service platform. You will be part of a broader client relationship, integrating immigration work directly into corporate, M&A, and labor and employment matters.

What you'll do

• Manage employment-based immigration cases.


• Handle PERM labor certifications and recruitment.


• Prepare and submit EB-1 petitions.


• Process nonimmigrant visa petitions.


• Manage J-1 waiver applications.

What you bring (required)

• Experience with PERM labor certification cases.


• Employment-based nonimmigrant petition experience.


• EB-1 or other immigrant visa petition drafting.


• Employer-side immigration practice focus.


• Proficiency in immigration case management systems.


• Client service orientation with corporate HR teams.
