In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your own business success—supported by a proven network of agencies and leadership throughout Southern Utah. You’ll partner with existing agencies, leverage shared resources, and build meaningful relationships that drive mutual growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with established agencies to grow business insurance accounts
• Develop strong relationships with business owners and community leaders
• Identify coverage solutions that protect and empower clients’ success
• Take ownership of your business performance with full support from agency leadership
• Represent a respected brand with integrity and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and strong personal drive
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A community-oriented professional who values trust and service
• Prior insurance or business experience is a plus—but not required for the right candidate
• Must be willing to become licensed in Property, Casualty (if not already)
