Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral health data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. • Design and develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights to different stakeholders, including leadership, clinicians, and administrators. • Work closely with behavioral health professionals, administrators, and other relevant stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements. • Conduct trend analysis to predict future behavioral health needs and challenges. • Own and manage BH capacity planning tool, Clockworx. • Implement data quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of behavioral health data. • Identify and address data discrepancies and inconsistencies. • Stay abreast of advancements in business intelligence tools and methodologies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field. • Proven experience in business intelligence and data analysis, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health sector. • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis tools. • Excellent understanding of behavioral health concepts, terminologies, and industry trends. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels in and out of the organization. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills. • Ability to work independently, but function as part of a team. • Healthcare industry experience.
