We act as partners, aligning support strategies to achieve Jencap's broader objectives.
The role will work a hybrid schedule from our New York office.
The Business Intelligence & Analytics Associate will be responsible for gathering business data through many different methods, including mining the company's computer data, looking at competitor data, consolidate data and studying industry trends. With the data collected, they will assist in developing a picture of the company's competitiveness compared to other players in the market.

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. The base pay range for the role will be $95,000 to $105,000. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded. Jencap also offers a range of benefits and programs, based on eligibility, which currently include but are not limited to; comprehensive health care coverage, a 401k plan, and tuition reimbursement.
