Business Intelligence Automation Specialist

• Design, develop, and maintain automated reporting solutions using Microsoft Power Automate
• Streamline our reporting processes by creating automated workflows that publish reports to various dashboards, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate business intelligence
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Training: 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Master’s Degree preferred  
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Power Automate, Power BI) preferred

Experience:

• 14+ years of general (full-time) work experience
• 7+ years of directly related experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or process automation
• 1+ years of experience working in a management or leadership role
• Experience/proficiency with the following:
• Microsoft Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow)

• Power BI, including report creation and dashboard management
• Data connections and API integrations
• SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Data formats (Excel, CSV, JSON, XML)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing automated workflows
• Report development and dashboard creation
• Data visualization and business intelligence tools

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with additional BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based data solutions
• Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis programming languages
• Project management experience

Security:

• Must be a US citizen

• Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance

Physical Requirements:

• Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
• Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
• Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
• Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

Salary: $145,000 - 165,000
