Business Intelligence (BI) Program Manager

Overview:
International Logic Systems, Inc. (ILS), located in Fairfax, Virginia, has an opening for a Business Intelligence (BI) Program Manager that will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of BI projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of BI tools and technologies, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies.

This position will be on-site (hybrid) at ILS Headquarters (HQ ) in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage BI projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance.

Qualifications:
10+ Years proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics projects.
Strong knowledge of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Oracle Analytic Server (OAS), Oracle Analytics Publisher (or BI Publisher), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Tableau, Power BI, SQL, ETL processes).
Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree.
PMP Certification.
ScrumMaster Certification or Training.
