Business Intelligence Internship

The Team

We are seeking an Intern to join American Tower’s Business Intelligence team. The Business Intelligence team plays a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making across the organization. As an Intern, Business Intelligence, you will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence group on projects aimed at optimizing business processes and driving data-driven initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an interest in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to work with functional groups and different level of employees throughout the American Tower organization.

Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills to support project reporting requirements.

Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support business initiatives and decision-making processes.

Collaborate on the development and implementation of business intelligence tools and solutions.

Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators.

Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Other duties as assigned.
