What you will be doing:

• Join the Business Practice Group as an associate attorney with a minimum of 4 years' experience.


• Demonstrate motivation, a sense of humor, and a willingness to take on a leadership role.


• Engage in teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.


• Participate in the robust exchange of views and intellectual openness.


• Support diverse business client needs while building a practice in areas of personal interest.


• Provide legal assistance in transactional law, including general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, commercial lending, and municipal representation.

Experience you will need:

• License to practice in New Hampshire


• Minimum of 4 years' experience in legal practice.


• Broad experience in transactional law.


• Experience in general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, commercial lending, and municipal representation.
