Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare approved loans for boarding and closing.


• Collect required documents and information from borrower(s) in preparation for closing, review pre-closing conditions and gather the necessary approvals to proceed with closing.


• Confirm all pre-closing conditions have been satisfied and proper insurance policies have been provided for the subject property.


• Communicate with attorneys, borrowers and other related parties to ensure a smooth closing process.


• Board new loan on core system(s) and prepare for funding.


• Create loan documents using LaserPro or other systems as directed.


• Track incoming correspondence from title companies, attorneys, etc.


• Collect and scan recorded documents post-closing for each funded loan and upload to appropriate systems and /or electronic storage.


• Follow up with attorneys for any missing loan documents.


• Create hard copy files with all original (wet signature) documents for each loan.


• Order appraisals and request quotes.


• Ensure compliance with all policies, regulations and laws in fulfilling all aspects of job responsibilities.


• Assist manager in preparing monthly closing pipeline reports.


• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in lending field, workflow organization and processing procedures.


• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial and business lending with completion of formal commercial loan analysis education on the evaluation of financial statements and tax returns, or prior work experience.

Pay: $22.02 - $27.03 per hour
