Business Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage depositions.
• Engage in motion practice and court appearances.
• Manage electronic discovery processes.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial business litigation.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing electronic discovery.

Compensation & Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is $135,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
