We are seeking a Midlevel to Senior Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized commercial litigation team in Los Angeles. The Role: Business Litigation Associate Attorney

In this position, you will handle complex business disputes, working closely with experienced practitioners to deliver innovative legal solutions for clients.

In this role, you will:

• Represent diverse clients in complex business litigation cases in federal and state courts.
• Develop and execute tailored litigation strategies to meet client goals.
• Draft motions, conduct discovery, and manage large-scale litigation matters.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled attorneys at both local and national levels.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates with:

• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in complex business litigation, with a proven track record managing sophisticated cases. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred, and at least two years of litigation experience at a firm is required.
• Educational Background: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Bar Admission: Active California Bar membership is required.
• Skills: Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience managing large-scale litigation.
