Job Description - Business Litigation / Construction Attorney - Columbus

Roetzel & Andress is pleased to present an opening in our Business Litigation Practice Group. This represents a unique opportunity to become part of our esteemed and growing Chambers & Partners recognized team in Columbus.

Our ideal candidate will have 4 - 7 years of experience in business litigation, including trial experience. At Roetzel, we pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic work environment that encourages professional growth and development. Minimum requirements:

4 - 7 years of experience in business litigation; prior experience in construction litigation is highly desirable.
Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues
Exceptional research and writing skills
Draft complaints, manage discovery and conduct depositions.
Strong work ethic and desire for professional development
Ability to work well under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making
Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues
Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
