Role Overview

As a Business Management Trainee, you will participate in a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare you for management and leadership roles. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in business management and leadership training with experienced mentors

• Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach and fundraising events, including logistics and staffing

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
