As a Business Manager, you will play a critical role in finalizing new and used product transactions, securing financing, and offering value-added products to customers—all while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare, review, and process all contract and title paperwork from start to finish
• Present all finance and insurance product options using our menu-selling process to 100% of customers, 100% of the time
• Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and financial institutions
• Select appropriate lenders and secure timely finance approval 
• Ensure prompt and efficient funding of finance contracts
• Strategically structure deals to optimize dealership profitability
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times 

Requirements:

• Proven reliability, professionalism, and courteous conduct 
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High attention to detail and pride in producing thorough, accurate work
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and listening
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Collaborative mindset with a team-oriented attitude
• Confident in sales with strong closing abilities

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday, 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
