Job Description - Business Manager



Toyota of Naperville  is seeking a wise, and passionate Automotive Business Manager to join our winning team. If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn unlimited income, and want to build a career as an Automotive Finance Manager working with exciting new products, then we look forward to talking with you.


Automotive Business Managers will assist customers with financing options and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.


The Automotive Business Manager will receive compensation ranging $150,000-$250,000, based on experience and performance. In addition to a strong compensation package we offer the following benefits:

Responsibilities



  • Structures deals for maximum effectiveness

  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration processes

  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position

  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals

  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines

  • Prepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers deals

  • Prepares and submits all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders and follows any other process that may be in place in their respective department

  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts


Qualifications



  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1 year experience in automotive finance

  • Two years of finance sales experience

  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures

  • Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills

  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

  • Must possess the ability to close a deal

  • Valid driver's license

  • Reynolds experience preferred

  • Impeccable references
