+ Help prepare commercial real estate expense forecasts for annual budgets of various departments.
+ Prepare and provide financial analysis and critical reports for management as requested.
+ Prepare tenant letters and communications.
+ Work closely with team staff in obtaining required documentation in a timely manner; including DocuSign
+ As appropriate, act as liaison between the Real Estate Department and other AHS departments, including Facilities, Construction, Legal and Physician Enterprise.
+ Other job-related duties as requested by management.; including special projects to identify areas of process improvement.
Required:
+ High school diploma required; college degree preferred
+ 2+ years of real estate management/administration experience.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong time management and organizational skills.
+ Effective oral and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
+ Experience with real estate accounting and database management systems preferred.
