What You'll Do

As our Business Office Manager, you'll be the organizational superstar who helps keep our community running smoothly and efficiently.

Your Day Might Include:

✅ Managing resident and employee records with accuracy and care
✅ Assisting with billing, payroll support, and benefits administration
✅ Supporting the Executive Director and leadership team
✅ Welcoming job applicants and creating a positive onboarding experience
✅ Helping maintain a friendly, professional, and efficient office environment
✅ Finding solutions, improving processes, and keeping operations on track

Qualifications

✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred
✔ Previous office administration experience preferred
✔ Payroll, benefits, or HR experience is a plus
✔ Experience with hiring, onboarding, or employee support preferred
✔ Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and office software systems
