Are you the kind of person who loves balancing spreadsheets, people, and priorities—and enjoys a little fun at work? Norwood Towers Post Acute is looking for a Business Office Manager (BOM) who brings organization, leadership, and a positive attitude to the business office.
This is a salaried position with flexibility, because we know great leaders manage outcomes, not just a clock.
What You’ll Do (Your Mission)
Oversee billing and accounts receivable for Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay residents.
Keep the business office organized, accurate, and always survey-ready.
Lead and support business office staff with coaching, training, and teamwork.
Partner with the Administrator and department heads to keep operations running smoothly.
Help residents and families understand financial matters with clarity and compassion.
Monitor aging reports and collections to keep revenue healthy and stress low.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in long-term care billing or business office management is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and managed care billing processes.
Strong leadership and organizational skills—you can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
Excellent communication skills.
A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
