Business Operation Manager - Fresno, California!!!
We are so excited to announce that BoldAge PACE has a new location! We will open our new facility in Fresno, CA.
BoldAge delivers innovative, creative solutions for PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly). Our model of care enables older adults to live a meaningful, independent life at home with grace and indignity.
We meet the evolving needs of older adults by providing innovative disciplinary solutions that consider both their physical and mental well-being. Our owner operated model is aimed at expanding the ability for older adults to live happily and healthfully in their own homes for as long as possible.
We are currently looking for a Business Operation Manager to join our Team. BoldAge PACE - Fresno delivers a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) that helps older adults live a meaningful, independent life at home with grace and dignity.
Position Summary: Responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, monitoring and managing financial and business-related processes that contribute to successful operation and support continued growth for the PACE organization.
Basic Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:
  • High school graduate required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Compute literacy required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License
Experience:
Five years experience in management / leadership position in a business office or healthcare setting.
Minimum 1 year working in health care environment with a frail elderly population and their families.
Skill(s):
· Ability to maintain a “people first” approach to all decision making, strategic planning and program practices.
· Knowledge of managed care environment including claims management, statistical and medical indicators, managed care utilization trends and implications for the PACE program.
· Working knowledge of health care delivery and financing systems, including contracting, data collection and analysis.
· Ability to effectively communicate with staff, colleagues, participants, and contracted vendors.
· Ability to establish and promote services that exceed expectations and be assertive in creating a culture of “doing the right thing” in all situations.
· Ability to be creative and innovative in developing systems and making decisions.
· Ability to establish and maintain office systems related to administrative functions, reporting, IT systems, etc.
· Ability to effectively organize, plan and delegate responsibilities.
· Tolerance for risk and open-ended situations (Be Bold).
· Keen interest in problem solving and an inquisitiveness into how to scale operations.
· Working knowledge of each support job within the department and can assist and answer questions for customers and other Administrators in someone’s absence.
· Team approach and effective communication skills with all employees, managers, participants, families, visitors, and vendors,
  • Strong computer literacy: Microsoft applications including outlook, word, excel and PowerPoint, ability to correspondence effectively in writing
  • Sound organizational skills: ability to multitask and accomplish assignments within established timeframes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively with culturally, economically, and educationally diverse populations.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities at one time and work well under pressure.
· Ability to maintain a “people first” approach to all decision making, strategic planning and program practices. Strong Customer Service skills with all encounters. Sensitive to the needs of the elderly population
· Working knowledge of health care delivery and financing systems, including contracting, data collection and analysis.
· Ability to effectively communicate with staff, colleagues, participants, and contracted vendors.
