Job Description
The Solution Consulting organization is a pre-sales team within the Sales organization at ServiceNow that has a major impact on the success of our customers and partners, helping them to solve real world-complex problems. The role of Business Operations Manager will report directly to the Chief of Staff for Solution Consulting and will be a key member of the Strategy, Planning, Operations team. This individual will manage all of SC business operations activities, such as coordinating the full cadence of global work within the SC org, executing on events that link the global work within the SC org to its multitude of audiences and collaborators, and driving the project management efforts owned by the Strategy, Planning, and Operations group.
Key Responsibilities
Have visibility into all ongoing global-level projects by connecting priorities, milestone reporting, leadership buy-in and commitment for these projects with project activities
Drive, track and report to teams and leadership on the progress of program initiatives and program health
Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional leaders to collaborate and deliver seamless program execution
Establish workflows that increase efficacy and efficiency of existing operational processes
Coordinate and support the variety of communication channels within the SC Org such as Global SC All-Hands, SC Manager sessions, Quarterly SVP Top Priority messaging, Annual Tech Summit
Drive continuous improvements and high quality process and deliverables

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
8+ years of hands-on business operations experience involving many cross functional teams across the organization; project management experience is desirable
Experience managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments delivering business applications for one or more departments
Strong collaboration and communication skills – able to work well with many different types of people
Process orientated and well organized
Strong growth mindset with a continuous interest in looking for ways to improve
Resourceful, self-motivated and able to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a high growth, ever changing environment
PMP certification desirable but not required
You have a Bachelor's degree, MBA desirable
