Excellent written and verbal communication, with impeccable grammar and a professional yet approachable tone
High technical aptitude — quick to master new tools, improve existing systems, and type with speed and accuracy
Experience tracking and reporting KPIs, driving accountability, and ensuring goals are met across teams
The confidence to hold others accountable while building trust and maintaining positive relationships
A natural culture-builder — able to engage and motivate the team, foster collaboration, and reinforce a positive, high-performance environment
Creative and comfortable leading social media efforts, from generating ideas to creating content and videos
Willing to take on whatever is needed to keep the business running smoothly and free the owner to focus on growth — whether that’s managing a major project, prepping kits, running errands, or maintaining equipment
Comfortable working independently — currently just the owner in the office, with a remote team
