Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support business operations, data management, and ERP system processes. This role will focus on maintaining data accuracy, improving workflows, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional teams through effective system administration and business analytics.
Analyze business data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain and support ERP systems such as NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using Excel and other analytics tools.
Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
Assist with system integrations, including API connections and CSV imports/exports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve workflows.
Troubleshoot operational and data-related issues with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
Communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support ongoing business operations through process documentation and system administration tasks
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, business operations, or system administration in a professional environment.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
Understanding of database structures, data governance, and system processes.
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, SuiteAnalytics, or similar reporting tools is a strong plus.
Basic understanding of software integrations, APIs, and CSV data transfers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and manage stakeholder expectations.
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive, investigative approach to resolving issues.
Coordinate effectively with Mandarin-speaking internal teams, vendors, or external partners as needed.
