Location: Tempe, Az  | Employment Type: Full-Time | Department: Logistics & Fleet Operations

About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Coordinator to support our growing logistics and maintenance operations. This role ensures all vehicle maintenance records and equipment data are accurately tracked, managed, and analyzed across our TMW and TMT systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain fleet integrity and support operational efficiency.


What You’ll Do




  • Accurately enter third-party maintenance invoices into internal systems (TMT/TMW)




  • Manage and update equipment records (add new equipment, mark as inactive, out of service, etc.)




  • Write queries and generate reports from maintenance databases for team and leadership use




  • Assist with cost assessments and vendor pricing negotiations




  • Ensure all records reflect up-to-date service status and repair timelines




  • Support ongoing fleet operations and complete additional tasks as needed




What We’re Looking For




  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred




  • Experience with fleet maintenance systems (TMT/TMW strongly preferred)




  • Familiarity with Class 6–8 trucks and Standard Repair Times (SRT)




  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace




  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail




  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player




  • Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment




  • Valid driver’s license required
