What You'll Do As Business Operations Manager:
Lead the full implementation of Procore, our cloud-based construction management software, across all departments, training staff, creating SOPs, and building dashboards and reports that support performance.
Recommend & evaluate construction tech tools to improve efficiency and support team success.
Develop & refine internal processes, scheduling systems, and workflows to keep projects on track and improve consistency.
Support communication and alignment between office staff, field crews, estimators, and project managers.
Oversee HR functions, including compliance, recruiting, onboarding, and team development.
Provide daily leadership and support to the Administrative Assistant and Financial Controller.
Coordinate light marketing efforts (about 10 hours per quarter), including vendor relationships and basic content planning.
Collaborate with company leadership to support strategic planning and drive execution.
Work a full-time, flexible schedule, averaging 45 hours per week.

Experienced: Has 5+ years in construction or manufacturing operations, business management, or project leadership, with strong knowledge of construction workflows.
