Business Operations Manager - Strategy and Growth

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and track strategic initiatives, priorities, and executive action items, and run the team’s weekly and quarterly operating rhythm


• Build project trackers, dashboards, and status reports that give leadership real-time visibility


• Track budgets, forecasts, and spending, and partner with Finance on variances and planning


• Manage the contract lifecycle, procurement, and invoicing for partner, client, and vendor agreements


• Support business development with research, proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials


• Serve as a key liaison between the SVP and internal teams, clients, and external partners


• Plan and coordinate customer meetings, conferences, briefings, and special events


• Prepare executive presentations, board and ELT materials, and key communications


• Manage the SVP’s calendar, meetings, and priorities, and triage incoming requests


• Find process gaps and build streamlined workflows and SOPs

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience


• 5+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or senior executive support


• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, contracts, or procurement


• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams


• Strong writing skills, including executive- and board-level materials


• Sound judgment, discretion, and a habit of following through without reminders
