SUMMARY: To coordinate all business activities and supervise business support personnel in order to maintain an efficient and cost effective operation consistent with departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Current Driver’s License preferred.
• Four to six years of office management and supervision of personnel preferred.
• Knowledge of Hospice business procedures.
• Minimum of two years in business management required. This experience should include:
• Design and implementation of manual or automated office system.
• Organizing and implementing office operations.
• Accounting/billing related experience.

• Bilingual preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force. Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required. Generally applies to all administrative or clerical positions.

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree Required

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually

• Includes accrued vacation days, sick days, holidays, and free days.
