1-2 yrs of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, business operations, finance, or a comparable analytical role.
Demonstrated ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into clear business implications and recommended actions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is strongly preferred.
Experience preparing materials for senior executive audiences and coordinating inputs across multiple functions.
Working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity and analytical tools, with a commitment to responsible use and continuous learning.
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

AI, automation, and improved visualization reduce manual effort and increase the value of planning and reporting.
In partnership with the Chief of Staff and the Business Planning Manager, the division’s operating rhythm becomes simpler, faster, and more useful to the business.
