Business Practice Manager - 4 days - Competitive Compensation

St. Peters, Missouri

Seeking a Business Manager for our two-location Oral and Maxillofacial surgery offices.

- St. Peters office: Directly manage 15 employees including front desk, clinic lead and 1 Surgeon

- Wentzville office: Oversight of clinical team, office coordinator and 1 Surgeon

Key responsibilities

- Gathering and analyzing practice data to discuss progress during monthly administrative meetings.

- implement any changes that are decided set forth

- Actively pursue strategic growth initiatives such as exploring additional practice locations, enhancing practice value, optimizing variable expenses, payroll, and working alongside HR.

- Supervise other managers, making sure KPIs are met

- Supervise accounts receivable and insurance verification processes

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an Oral Surgery office setting, with a solid understanding of procedures and terminology

- Proven experience in scaling OMS practices and managing multiple locations simultaneously - Required

- Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and a positive work culture within the office

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field highly preferred

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

- 4 day work week; Tuesday-Friday

- Admin time on Monday where you will organize and prepare for the week
