Position Overview:
The Business Process Analyst supports cross-functional process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality across the Operations organization. This position partners with Operations leadership by identifying opportunities, analyzing business processes, recommending solutions, and supporting implementation efforts that improve organizational performance. This role supports operational improvements through business process analysis, data-driven decision making, documentation governance, and project leadership. The position assists in identifying improvement opportunities, develops recommendations, supports multiple initiatives simultaneously, and partners with leaders across the organization to ensure sustainable operational improvements. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities, project management skills, executive communication, stakeholder influence, and the ability to translate complex operational challenges into practical business solutions.

Job Requirements:
Salary Range (Chattanooga, TN): $65,000.00-$80,000.00
Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
