We are looking for a seasoned consultant to spearhead the development, delivery, and evolution of our process optimisation capability and offerings. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we think about operational improvement, ensuring our methodologies are best-in-class, and equipping our consultants to deliver transformative outcomes for clients. This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You'll lead client engagements, mentor teams, and build the internal capability needed to scale and refine our impact in the process improvement space.
Qualifications & Experience
Honours in Engineering
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (with hands-on, applied experience)
15+ years’ experience leading large-scale optimisation projects
Strong background in consulting or advisory environments
Naturally collaborative, able to guide and coach others with empathy and credibility
Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
Passion for building things – capabilities, teams, intellectual property
Role Responsibilities
Client Delivery
Lead and/or support process-focused consulting engagements end-to-end
Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to diagnose issues, design improvements, and embed change
Use data and insight to identify opportunities for performance uplift
Support clients in building their internal BPO capability where appropriate
Capability Development & Leadership
Own and evolve Analyze's methodologies, tools, and frameworks
Curate and deliver internal learning experiences to upskill team in process improvement
Act as the Analyze’s subject matter expert for business process design, mapping, and optimisation
Stay current on industry trends and best practices; bring that knowledge into Analyze
Thought Leadership & Business Development
Contribute to proposals, pitches, and solution design in your area of expertise
Represent Analyze in client conversations, forums, and industry networks
Produce thought leadership and insight pieces (e.g. whitepapers, blogs, internal briefs)
Work with the leadership team to identify new service offerings or enhancements
