Business Process Specialist - (BLUESKY)

• Conduct analysis using internal program and external benchmark data to identify areas of risk and improvement.
• Develop, refine, and monitor performance metrics to justify and support process improvements.
• Perform statistical analysis to measure production, performance, and usage of services and products.
• Maintain accurate records of all visualization and production activities, including visualization requests, product formatting, and dissemination within relevant databases.
• Conduct ad hoc and recurring business analytic support, including:
  • Business process mapping of intelligence-related activities.
  • Performance measurement of intelligence-related operations.
  • Stakeholder surveys and feedback analysis.
  • Statistical evaluation and reporting of intelligence activities.
  • Process improvement and optimization analysis.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing actionable insights for decision-making and efficiency initiatives.

• Senior Level: Master’s degree + 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree + 17 years relevant experience.
• Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree + 8 years relevant experience.
• Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years relevant experience without a degree.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills to measure and improve business processes.
• Experience in data visualization, reporting, and database record management.
• Proven ability to conduct process mapping and performance measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, briefings, and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate across military, intelligence, and interagency teams.

• Prior experience supporting intelligence-related operations.
• Familiarity with business process improvement tools and methodologies.
• Experience with intelligence process metrics and operational analysis.
